Hero Cards®

Great way to support discussion with my kids about the challenges they face. Really helped me to understand how they feel and to help find ways to support their mental health.

This is so helpful for children. The cards are so creative and easy for them to follow. I used these for the children I work with and left a set at the primary school. They loved this so much and it’s so great for helping them talk about their feelings in a playful way that acknowledges their feelings and teaches them ways to cope with their emotions in a positive way. It’s also so professional and the kids really enjoy playing as it feels like a game.

I have been using these Hero Cards with my son, aged 9, to help him navigate tricky moments. We have enjoyed reading the stories and doing the activities together but he will also ask to sit and use them on his own. Hero cards have given him tools he can use every day and strategies I can turn to when he is finding something difficult.

Absolutely love Hero Cards! They’re such a thoughtful and creative way of helping children understand their emotions and talk about things they might otherwise struggle to put into words. The cards are engaging without feeling like a lesson. Really love how they turn difficult feelings and situations into something much easier for children to understand and work through.

They’re beautifully designed, really easy to use, and the ideas behind them are brilliant. I can see them being genuinely useful for parents, teachers and anyone working with children. I was very excited for our Hero Cards to arrive! As soon as they came through the letter box my daughter was opening them and spreading them out over the lounge floor eager to get a look! She found it really easy to understand them (aged 9) and follow along with the content and I have found them equally straightforward to use. They are such a great tool for starting conversations about emotions and how to acknowledge and understand them, not only in yourself but in others. We have only just got started with them, but already impressed 🙂 I have been recommending them to everyone I know with similar aged children- as it’s such an important life skill!

A first class item and a great help for families

We really enjoy using these cards. As a mum, I really appreciate the insight they provide- its like having access to mini counselling sessions at home and I can see that they would be really useful in education settings too. I can't recommend them enough!

Everything about Hero Cards has been great. The quality and presentation of them when they arrived was stunning, and really got the kids excited to use them. The way they have been designed for use makes it so simple for parents to facilitate and kids to follow along, including the ease with which the QR codes can be used to reach extra content.
