We currently ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We hope to be shipping to the EU very soon.

How much is shipping?

UK shipping is free for all orders and dispatched within 2-3 business days. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by location. 

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes once they arrive in your country. These charges are set and collected by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s import guidelines in advance.


What is your returns policy?

UK customers receive free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original or return shipping costs for international orders.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received. Please email us first before returning an item at hello@loveherocards.com
